Client wanted to get refund after the order complete

Hello guys. How are you all ?

I have been facing a terrible experience. One of client , wanted to get refund. Even, i give him the designs and after order completation , he asked me for refund , becuase he does not need that. 

Is there any problem for my profile (order completation,Ranking) if he get refund from customer center ?
