How to deal with incomplete paid order?

I want some details about What to do when somebody don't complete my order on time but I have paid for it can I recover my money or fiver will give me money

If the seller haven't delivered on time you can request to cancel the order. If you do, the funds will be returned to your Fiverr account. 

You get the option to cancel if the order is more than 24 hours late.
