problemas al presentar el test de ingles

Estoy intentando realizar el test de ingles para que mi perfil este completo, sin embargo, cuando le doy iniciar test, sale un anuncio diciendo que mi ticket ya ha sido usado aún cuando ni siquiera he intentado presentarlo. 

¿a alguien le ha pasado esto? ¿ como lo puedo solucionar?

Hola, estuve a punto de publicar pero me indica que debo presentar prueba de ingles, luego que no puedo publicar hasta presentar en 91 días. Como podria resolver ?

Good afternoon, I was about to submit my English exam but it was closed before submitting while I was reviewing, telling me that I had to retake it in 92 days, how can I solve it?

@juleisyme - My browser froze in the middle of the English test and so I had the message that it would be 92 days until I could retake it. However, since I didn't submit the test, I clicked on the button to take the test again and was able to retake it immediately.
