90% rating need problem as a new seller

Now I feel some problem. I already completed 1 project. It's My first order. But my client give me 4.3 rating . Now I have to wait 60 days for new offer. How can I solve this problem.

This only prevents you from making offers to Buyer's Requests. You can still try to get work through other methods.
