Can PLR be sold on Fiverr or not?

I’m a bit confused. When I tried to post a gig stating that I was selling a PLR package, I received a letter from Fiverr stating that PLR was not allowed on their site.



However, I’m seeing multiple gigs where people are selling thousands of articles and labeling their gigs as PLR. So my question is, is PLR allowed to be sold on Fiverr or not?
