madeinjay Posted August 29, 2021 Share Posted August 29, 2021 My order was canceled so I had to refund my balance from Fiverr to my original account, and I requested a refund at Fiverr. Yet my money from Fiverr balance is gone but hasn't appear on my Card history. and I didn't get any respond from customer services either, so I was wondering if it's supposed to be gone from my Fiverr balance after I submitted refund request? or not!! 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
theratypist Posted August 29, 2021 Share Posted August 29, 2021 Perhaps its still in the process of going back to your bank? How long has it been since you reached out to Customer Support? Sometimes they may take a while to respond. You can also ask for an update if ever you feel its taking too long. If ever they don't respond to you after 48 hours, you can update the ticket/email you sent them and ask a kind follow up regarding the situation.. Fiverr does not automatically refund payments made for cancelled orders back to your payment provider. They are reply 24 hours. It may be more than 72 Horus sometimes. That I know How much money already gone Fiverr through. You will get back your money 100%.
