About buyer review and comment

I did the work of a buyer about two months ago, the work was completed automatically three days after delivery. Now the buyer is back, But he can't give reviews and comments, he can't find options. Let me say one more thing here that the buyer is but experienced

 Feedback can be provided up to 10 days after the order is marked as complete. Once this timeframe is over the option to add feedback will no longer be available for either buyers or sellers.

There is an opportunity to review up to 10days after the delivery is completed.

Why are you even discussing the review feature with him? It is against the rules to talk about, or influence buyers into leaving reviews. If he is unable to leave a review, then he is unable to leave a review. If he thinks it is a site error, he can contact Fiverr support. You need to avoid the issue, and move on.
