Fiverr account restricted and under review

Hey, Hope you all are doing well. Yesterday i get an email from Fiverr Platform and they said that

All my gigs were denied and now my account is in investigated by the teams.

Can anyone tell me is there any solution for this problem? To be honest I didn't send any type of irrelevant msgs to users

My second question is that can I create another account in case of if previous my account problem not solved?

We can't tell you why this happend here on the forum. You have to contact Fiverr support here: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new

No, you can't create another account. If your account got closed, it means Fiverr don't want you to have an account on the platform until they have reviewed if you violated any terms.
