How to handle aggressive buyer

Hi, I want to avoid buyer's work. Because he wants a lot with $5; And threatening that if I don't, he will report against me. How do I handle this situation?

If he has already placed the order, explain to him what what he gets for $5. Be firm, and professional, so if he does send to CS you look good. If he has not bought yet, block him.
