What is the actual procedure if I want to use 2 Fiverr account on one Laptop?

Sometimes I hear that we can use 2 Fiverr account from one Laptop/PC. Is it true or false? If so then what is the procedure of it?

The terms of service says:

Quote

To prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to one active Fiverr account and one active Fiverr Business account. Any additional account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the Fiverr community will be disabled. Mass account creation may result in disabling of all related accounts

If you created and used 2 normal Fiverr accounts you'll likely get your account(s) disabled when Fiverr finds out.

You cant use two different Fiverr accounts on one Laptop or PC. Fiverr keep tracks of Your System IP address. Both of them will get banned. These are against Terms & Conditions.

You don't. It's not allowed.

You can't have two accounts, personally. Number of computers is irrelevant. 

On the other hand, two different people can both use their own account on a shared computer. The only rule that matters is one account per person. Devices, connections, etc. are irrelevant.

He needs to clarify what he means. Two accounts on one laptop is perfectly fine... if those accounts belong to two different people.
