Sellers reply to a negative review on his profile, visible?

Aside of it being very unjustly limited to lousy 300 characters, is this reply to a negative review you receive visible publicly at your profile  to all the visitors/potential buyers at your providers profile page?

Only your buyers' reviews are shown on your profile. Your reply to a specific review can only be seen on the gig page where that review was left.

A very vicious circle happen once the order is placed...

it is not new, but once we manage to get the order, we are hostaged with many weapons against us..

yeah, only weapon against is to have as much sales with good ratings...(which helsps to stability of the rating, and the effect of even negative reply)

but it gets harder to get gig with ruined ratings...while 5err earns anyway...

 

keeping the buyers super protected, and sellers as expendables...

luckily, most of people are decent crowd, but there are some super assholes in disguise ....

 

even sensed that its going to happen last time, but since some life shit, simply was not able to block it prior placing an order (while reading further, we can block ONLY those who placed orders?!!)...well how to protect from shit to happen when we see that shitstorm is coming already prior order, how to prevent it...

Once you submit your review for that order (after getting review from buyer),
you will see there is an option "You may respond to this review (This will be public)"

So when you respond to the buyer's review, only this response will be showing in the only on the gig page review. Check the attachment.

So, if you think you you want people to know your statement as well, then you can write there.

Well, i did respond to the received review...but i do not see it in my profile...  i do appreciate your effort, though

I can be seen only on gig page.
Open your gig > and scroll down to the reviews section.
If you don't see it there.
I can see it as well
