You can simply take ideas from other's gigs. But don't copy anyone's gig. This does not allow Fiverr, in which case your account may be closed

@eligah365 you can do this only for an inspiration.
Do not copy other's bio. It violated fiverr TOS. and your account can be restricted or suspended.

Simply write a bio with your name, your expertise and related to your service.

As you say you are web design

So, you can add your prev. work link with buyer permission it give a professional vibe & prove that you are able to do work for them . Then you can hire a designer or you can design your gig image . If you wanna hire you can spend 80-50$ for get 18+- gig image . just give your buyer a professional vibe.
