Do you cold email your clients

Cold messaging/emailing?!

Sounds like a great way to receive warnings/suspension/termination. Fiverr is meant to be a marketplace where buyers approach sellers, and not the other way around (except for the horrific Buyer Requests page, and even there, do not directly message buyers!)

Btw, all order related communication is supposed to be conducted through Fiverr, not via emails...

I agree, there's a strategic way of sending a cold email, but in most cases you will just get ignored. The problem many people have with Fiverr is that because you aren't approaching clients like Upwork or Freelancer then you just sit and play the waiting game, not nesscarly. You can share you gigs on social media, or you can use get active on the Fiverr community page where you can be noticed. Fiverr isn't just a passive freelancing site, you can get clients on here by using the Jab, Jab, right hook method Garyvee talks about. Jab, Jab, Right hook is all about being creating awareness, likeability, and creditably before selling to people.
