Payment issues

Hi, I have a buyer who believes that she made a payment on Fiverr regarding our gig. But she hasn't yet accepted the custom offer and the gig is not available on my order list whatsoever. This is the first time I have seen this. Is this possible and what should I do?

Ask him politely to check if he already been charged. If yes then simply give him this link to contact fiverr customer support with the query:
https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new/

Also you can contact support form your end with the issue.

If your buyer placed an order here then you will always get a notification here and also you can see that your dashboard section here. 

But you said nothing happened with you here. So, it's a better suggestion: please tell your buyer to reach with this marketplace custom support member...
