Why can't i give the test on Fiverr?

Hi, I’m new to Fiverr, I set up my first gig and was about to take the English test, when I tried to do it, the page reported: “ErrorId 203 : Ticket already used”, although it was my very first try to take the test, couldn’t even start it. What might be the problem, and do you know who is able to help with this?

Before taking the test, you can clean your history, cache and cookies since sometimes that can be the cause of the issue.
