Video gig - cannot upload video

I’m having problem when uploading video to my video gig.

The Fiverr team mentioned the reason is that:

"When using a smartphone, remember to film holding your phone horizontally. Please re-shoot your video this way"

I cannot understand what does this mean.

Could anyone having experience on this can advise me?
