Need my video approved, can't start my gig without it, and it's been well over 24 hours

Hi guys, how does this work and how do I contact Fiverr to see what's taking so long? I've had my gig ready to go for the past day but the important video I uploaded to my reel won't load, says its 'under review and may take 24 hours'. But it's been 24 hours. Another thing is it keeps asking for my tax information but I just filled that out and it was like it didn't stick. Is that normal? Thanks

Fiverr has many gigs and tickets to review. They will assess you video when they are able to do so. Please be patient.

You can contact CS, but still they may ask you to wait for the processing time.

Ok thanks, I am being patient but I was hoping I could start potentially taking orders this weekend. Is there a way to contact them if nothing changes in like a week or something?
