I cant get buyer request last 4-5 days. What can i do in this situation.

To start reading what people already discussed on the forum? 
I saw at least 15-20 absolutely the same topics created into he forum in the last day or so. People don’t tend to retune their answers 20 times a day just because someone else created a new topic and didn’t read what others discussed before.
