Seller not responding

A user promises unlimited revision after the order was complete but I got none, it was my first experience using Fiverr so he told me to complete the order so he can send me the packages, and he insisted on me giving him good reviews so he can send me my project , when I did it I found out that the documentation is lacking and I need some explanation on that, and the video that asked for didn't want to record it, instead he's asking for more money to do it while it was required on our deal before, and now he doesn't even reply my messages I don't know what to do, It was my first experience with Fiverr and for sure it wasn't a pleasant one, I hope you can help me with this, do you think I can ask for a refund in this case?
