Level system

Hello.

I was level one until 15 august, now I have no level.

My earning is $1400+, So when I reach $2000 will I become a level 2? or a level 1 first and after two month level 2.

You can be promoted one level at a time. 
mecen if you have all stats you will be promoted to level one first and on the next month to level 2
