Being active on Fiverr, for any amount of time, does not guarantee more impressions.

No! Impressions are an on-site only metric, and have absolutely nothing to do with off-site social media posts.

Similarly, being active on the Fiverr forum does not guarantee orders either, since forum activity has no connection to your gigs.
