Hi guys, i have confused that when we deliver the order as seller at fiverr so buyer can copy or paste the content before accepting the order...becuase i think fiverr only paste the watermark in the content. is it allow to copy and  paste the content either review at fiverr or after download the file. the thing is if buyer can copy and paste the content then he can scam and not accept the order becuse he got the work in another document(word file) by copy and paste the content without watermark.

This is the risk you’ll have to take. Watermarks can be removed, content can be stollen. 

Most buyers are decent people who just need to get the work done well and aren’t interested in stealing from you.

For millions, you have to take a risk of hundreds.

Hi guys i have question..how seller know either buyer blocked to seller or buyer blocked own account..how seller can know  ?

You can logout from fiverr.
Than simply go with https://fiverr.com/username (username of your the buyer)
If you see his profile is available, means he blocked you.
If not available and return back to fiverr, mean he has been blocked/banned by fiverr.

Sometimes because of suspension this can be happen as well. No worries.
