Send about 10 requests a day in the right way. You have to work here with time.

Don't rely on the buyer request section to be your primary source of clients. Learn how to understand your target customers (hint: research), and determine how YOU can best connect to, and communicate with, those target customers. It's not Fiverr's job to make sure you have buyers. You are going to need to learn how to do that on your own. You are an independent freelancer, after all.
