Gigs promotion and depromotion experience

hello to all .

I am facing an issue with gigs promotion. I am getting notification that your gigs are promoted and in the next 12 to 18 hours got the notice that your gigs cannot qualify for the promotion. this happens 4,5 times. why this happens 
any one facing this issue
