miacmht
I’m going to Japan soon and had exchanged some money to the Japanese yen. This’s the first time I see these, and I was given an old 10.000 without knowing. The one that have 2 two pheasants on the back. Can I still use it? zeus777
This is zeus777 saying hello to you from Japan 😃As far as I know, you can still use the old bills, it doesn’t matter how old they are. However, SOME stores do not accept them ( Maybe they think that some of them mightbe fake, or depending on how old the staff is, they just couldn’t tell or simply have not seen theold ones before), so if you are worried one thing I suggest is that once you arrive in Japan, you can go to a bank or those currency exchange places at the airport and have it exchanged to a new bill.I hope you enjoy your stay in Japan! 😃
