How long does it take for custom support to answer a ticket for a seller?

It will take as long as it takes. CS has many tickets to respond to every day. They will respond to yours when they are able to do so. Please be patient.

CS answers requests in different time ranges depending on you seller rank also. Some levels get guaranteed response within 24 hours, but in my experience it is usually 2-3 hours.

I always get answers with 12-24 hours. For one it took maximum 36 hours.

For TRS it's faster.

CS have always replied to me almost immediately, even when I was a new seller.

I strongly believe it has to do with the way you address people, what you're asking and how you describe your issue.
