New project - is this "programming & tech" or "Data - Databases"?

25 years ago a created a MS Access database that I can't use anymore, but the data and file structure is all there.  I'd like to find someone who can take that data and structure, and recreate it in a modern format that is cross platform (PC and Mac) for me to be able to use the data and create new records with it once again - but i'm not sure how to correctly categorize the request - thoughts as to if i should post it under 'programming & tech" or "data databases"?

You can place more than one Buyer's Request at a time, I think. Make two, maybe? One for each category?
