Terms violation, order cancellation, customer support and completion rate

Hello guys! I am a new seller and have just completed 4 orders. I recently received an order where the buyer ordered a gig and asked me to do his college assignment. I told him its against terms and conditions of fiver and i cant do it. He has opened a dispute and requested order cancellation stating the seller cant do this job. I have involved customer support because i don't want to ruin my order completion rate. I dont think its my fault if the buyer places an order and wants me to violate terms and conditions. Its been more than 24 hours and customer Support has not responded yet. Order will automatically get cancelled in 24 hours if i dont respond to buyers cancellation request. I dont want to have negative stats regarding completion rate. I am here to seek advice. Kindly advise me what to do. Regards!

Yes you did the right thing, just wait for Customer Support to reply. Sometimes they take a while on busy periods. On the ticket you've opened with Customer Support, make sure you put all the details such as the buyer purchasing homework etc. And kindly request CS that it not affect your stats.... They will be able to do so, especially in this case. Don't worry if the order eventually gets cancelled before CS responds (They will still be able to adjust that it not affect your stats when they attend to your ticket)
