Does Fiverr support new profiles?

I heard from some of friends that Fiverr supports new profiles but I don't think it's true and I haven't seen it happened for me, for me it's just a matter of luck if someone is getting good numbers of orders and others are just seeing.

Fiverr supports new sellers that have promising gigs (when you have some sales, etc)... You can try making offers on buyer requests for that push..
