I couldn't use the Promoted Gigs feature anymore. I don't know why I suddenly can't use this feature without knowing the reason. Even though I always get good reviews from clients.

A few hours later my Gigs disappeared on the first page and was not in the search, I didn't even find it on pages 1 - 10. Even though the impression was very high at that time. Why did Fiverr do this to me? What did I do wrong?

You got penalised for failing to meet all of the quality criterea. Not all of the quality metrics are visible to sellers (for example, buyers are asked to complete a private review after the public review and it's now widely believed that this is a major factor in how Fiverr ranks your gig). Sadly, it's completley possible for a customer to give you a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ public review and a big fat 💩💩💩💩💩 in the private review.

Give it between 30 and 60 days and your traffic should start creeping up again (sooner if you manage to get an order through other means).
