After 12 days I got massage from a VID buyer, but I reply the message after 10 min later. The buyer not responses my messages, that's the begin! my GIG impression and click day by day decrease. How can I improve it?

10 minutes is a fairly long time when there are 30 other sellers placed on the same page as your gig selling the exact same product. If they are VID they are not newbies and will be able to navigate the site with speed they probably just found someone else
