Glitches with messages in order threads

I just had an order cancelled because there were messages disappearing in the thread and the buyer now thinks that I wasn’t responding to her messages. I am rather irritated with this, because this was not the case and this was out of my control.

Does anybody else have had problems with glitches with communication in orders?

Hi Louise. Sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. Yesterday was my first time with glitches concerning messages on the order page. First, the information I needed to complete the order wasn’t showing, then it showed up in triplicate. I also was unable to see any order pages at all for awhile. It didn’t last too long, though, thank goodness.
