• Read the buyer request in details
• Write precisely with the points related to his request and what you can do.
• After that write why he should take your service.
• Finally ask him to respond to you if he is interested for a discussion or place an order.

At the request of the buyer, your presentation must be professional. Remember the buyer will request in different ways without sending the same request to everyone.
