Can auto complete order decrease the impressions or impact in ranking ?

No. But having your buyers complete the order manually increases your chance of getting feedback on your order, which can (if the feedback is great) be positive for your ranking. 

There's no penalty for having an order auto-complete and it happens all the time. :)

I however find it frustrating that the customer has the goods and they can't be bothered to push the button to complete the order in 3 days...
