Can't Publish A Gig due to testing Glitch

Hi there, 

attempted to publish a gig a few days ago and was directed to complete an English test. I attempted to click the "Take Test button" but was directed to a page displaying an error indicating my "ticket" had already been used. When I navigated back to the initial page, it appears I now have to wait 91 DAYS to retake the test which seems ludicrous given I wasn't even able to take it on my first run. I've tried communicating this to the Customer support team to not avail and its been more than 2 days since the issue's onset.

I attempted to successfully complete Fiverr's English tests by navigating to my profile and successfully passed BOTH; however I'm still unable to publish my gig. Has anyone encountered a similar issue and if so, how do you solve it?

I've attached a snapshot of the issue I'm encountered as well as evidence of the two English tests I've passed.
