Buyer every day on Fiverr, big problem !

I buy gig every days on Fiverr , yesterday I have guy send me gig with virus , I became crazy because he try too hack my account and keep the money , off course I have speak bad to the seller , it’s only this seller I have problem in 2 years in Fiverr !! And now my account is restrict . I have spend more by 10 000 euros on this plateform , I speak every time with good with all seller . I’m very feel confused have my account restrict. Next time when seller try too steal my work , I say thank you ! Thanks Fiverr team !

Could you share for other buyers how that was possible (not in detail, just generally), did you click a link, or some file sent by him? Or was it after you accepted the Gig offer and worked with him and shared log in info for your account, or something?

For anyone who wants to increase their online safety, here but also while using the internet generally, consider googling and using something like the free virustotal online scanner that lets you scan URLs and files before you click on them.
