Order cancelled by Fiverr customer support as soon as order started!

Hi,

I had an order this morning, as soon as the buyer filled the order requirements, the order started, and was immediately cancelled by Fiver customer support...cancelled.PNG.db59251a009aba255ff44dde6dfa218b.PNG

Was the payment cancelled by the buyer or do you know some reasons for this?

Hi there..

It seems that your buyer cancelled the order.

Maybe your buyer ordered by mistake. and He didn't want to harm your gig performance.

Is your order completion rate decrease?

Are you able to visit the said persons profile? If not, likely they did a chargeback with the bank.

If you are able to, the buyer must've asked Customer Support to cancel it.

I don't think the buyer ordered by mistake, as the order requirements where all perfectly filled...

The order completion rate did not decrease...

The buyer profile is still active, yes. It's a "Fiverr Business client"

So, the buyer changed his mind after ordering, paying and filling the requirements? So strange, but it's not bad, it must be a complicated customer!

I didn't even have time to say "hello, can I help you?" to the buyer😁. But I wonder if I should send him a message to find out what happened ...

I said "him" but given the name it must be "her" 🤣

Ahh yes.. I think they have much quicker access to Customer Support. So it must have been acted on quickly.

I think you got a good buyer here.

Sometimes.., Buyer can change their mind.., or maybe they got a better alternative.

So.., they didn't want to harm your gig performance, so they contact CS and ask to cancel this order.
