A buyer cancelled 250$ worth of orders 3 months after giving 5 STAR ratings and now I'm getting charged for these!!

A buyer placed two orders, I completed both and he gave 5 star ratings for both orders.
After 3 months I get a mail from fiverr saying these orders were cancelled due to some issues and now Fiverr is charging me entire amount from my new earnings!
The buyer clearly scammed me off... he took the work then suddenly after 3 months he got his money back too!
Please help

We would need a lot more details to even understand what's behind the cancellation. What was the reason for cancelling? Did Fiverr provide you with that?

But yes, FIverr support is your only option if you want to do anything about this specific case.. But if you give us some more details, it might be possible to figure out why it happened, in order for it to not happen again.
