A buyer cancelled 250$ worth of orders 3 months after giving 5 STAR ratings!!!

A buyer placed two orders, I completed both and he gave 5 star ratings for both orders.
After 3 months I get a mail from fiverr saying these orders were cancelled due to some issues and now Fiverr is charging me entire amount from my new earnings!
The buyer clearly scammed me off... he took the work then suddenly after 3 months he got his money back too!

fiverr should not allow buyer to have the access to cancel the order after finishing the project with such a long period of time
