Fiverr community (buyers and sellers) doesn't choose gigs to be "Fiverr's Choice". Fiverr chooses gigs to be "Fiverr's Choice". You can't do anything about it except doing exceptional work and keeping your buyers satisfied with the results.

I get this almost every other week. I've never made a late delivery, I generally get great feedback (public and private)... I think the private feedback from previous buyers matter a lot.

The Fiverr’s Choice badge is chosen automatically. Fiverr’s Choice Gigs are selected based on a series of quality attributes such as feedback, completion rate, quality of communication, and additional factors. You won’t be able to apply for the Fiverr’s Choice badge, however, they encourage sellers to provide the best service possible which will ultimately provide you an opportunity to be selected.
