Don't know what happen

 i am working on fiverr from March 2020 and i am level two seller with 954reviews and 4.9 rating and completed 1362 orders and u know that this is not an easy task.

my account is going very well but in Jan your algorithm changes and my gig goes on the back pages i feel worried about this and ask from fiverr support team they explain me that it is the algorithm fiverr give chances to everyone so i understand and start waiting for my turn again to get my gig back to front pages but time passes and i regularly check the pages but i notice one thing that fiverr is giving chance to everyone except me all the gigs goes back to top pages infact twice a time but fiverr is sending my gig down now it is on the 19th page in 3D category of logo design.

Also they disable my promoted gig option and send my gig on 19th page while other seller gigs came on top again

What is this promoted gig option..? Can anyone explain this pls

There are unclear points on your massage and what i suggest you to speak to a person on fiverr support to sort this out.

fiverr will never block anybody with out a valid reason. If you been blocked or rank removed they will send you an detailed email which you provided when you registered fiverr.

Sir i speak to the fiverr team many times but they said it is the algorithm we don't do anything in this fiverr gives chance to everyone and i am not blocked they just derank my gig from last 8 months
