Inbox problems

All of a sudden, my messages to the buyer have stopped going and I also can't receive the buyer's message. . However, we are able to communicate on the order page. Even the inbox is sometimes behaving weird. I have tried it both through my laptop and mobile

So, is there any problem with the inbox? Anybody experiencing the same problem?

Kindly help.

I have written to support and awaiting their reply. I am trying from web version and app version both, but getting the same problem.
