Inbox problems

Hello,

All of a sudden, my messages to the buyer have stopped going and I also can't receive the buyer's message. . However, we are able to communicate on the order page. Even the inbox is sometimes behaving weird. I have tried it both through my laptop and mobile

So, is there any problem with the inbox? Anybody experiencing the same problem?

Kindly help.

I think its good idea to contact them for such sensitive issues..i am also facing same issue here..site is also take more time to load. Might be the issue is with the fiverr site..

You can clear data on your browser. And contact fiverr support team as soon as possible

Then you better update you browser,internet connection or check if there any issue from your side,if not the case contact fiverr support ASAP.

I have written to support and awaiting their reply. I am trying from web version and app version both, but getting the same problem.

you can share your ticket & inform to fiverr on twitter,they will respond sooner.

Same thinks. Or your buyer were stop message option then you can't message buyer. Its not any problem.

Yes that would have been better but I don't have a Twitter account.

I don't know if the buyer has this feature of stopping messages. Also, I am able to communicate on the order page.

Already contacted the CS, they have escalated the problem to the technical team.

Tried everything before contacting support.

Contacted support..they are looking into the problem. Still not resolved....
