No able to read any messages I have in my in box

I’m not able to read any messages I have in my inbox



Every time I get this warning on the header:

"For privacy reasons, this user may not be contacted directly."



I’ve tryed to change the privacy option in my setting profile, but there is not a privacy option.



What I’ve to do to read the messages?
