Is a seller always wrong on Fiverr?

I had a buyer who though I was a mind reader. He gave me very few information and never gave me feedback. Now he founds my work (not yet completed for lack of information) underwhelming nd has decided to cancel.In this way I, the seller, am penalised. This buyer has sat on my request for information for five days, did not give me feedback on had I had written for five days and now wants to cancel. Admittedly I did not look at the link before I accepted his requirement, and I was about to ask customer service to cancel the gig when he gave me more information but not enough to complete the work. 

I wonder if I have a wrong approach to Fiverr customer service or if as a seller I am always wrong by definition.
