Can we make multiple gig on same sub category with different creative?

I heard that a seller is not able to create multiple gigs on same sub category. But today i see a different case. One to the top rated seller have multiple gigs on same sub category with different creative(title, image, description). 

So, I want to know that, if The title/service isn’t same but the sub category is same, is it Against of TOS??

From what I've read on this forum you're allowed to create multiple gigs within the same subcategory, as long as the service differs. To illustrate it more concretely; my gig is about writing poetry. It wouldn't be allowed for me to create 2 gigs saying 'I will write poetry' and 'I will create a poem for you' for example. However, it would be allowed to create one where I'm writing poetry and another gig where I edit poems of other people. 

So in short, gigs within the same subcategories are allowed as long as the service you offer isn't the same. Hope this clarified things! 😄
