Facebook account connecting issue

Hello,

I was using an other Fiverr account connected with my facebook account, I just deactivated that old account and want to connect my facebook to this Fiverr account while I have deactivated the old Fiverr from my facebook. But still while connecting to facebook I am getting the message alert "We couldn't associate the Facebook account."

Do I have any way to connect my facebook account with Fiverr?

Hello.

The only way to connect your new Fiverr account to Facebook is to create a new FB account. It is not possible to connect an old FB account to a new Fiverr account.

Ok so i think the problem is your account already attached with previous fiverr account (maybe).

You need to go to your FB account and remove the fiverr from your apps and websites. Only after that you can add your FB
