Fiverr gig promotion

hello dear friends . i am level Two Seller in fiverr . My gig show in first page in my service category . but unfortunately fiverr stop my gig promotion with out any reason . due to  this reason my gig show in the LAST 5TH OR 6TH page . no new costumers comes . Kindly let me know if any one know about it. Thanks dear friends

it is near about 1 month and few days complete . but no solution

The "Manage Payment" option, there is red dot on top of it! I think promotion requires payment, it could have been pending payment which needs to paid, if you need  to promote the gig
