I think it is fully depends on you. Cause at first you need to select your targeted audience then you need to try connect with them. After connected with them you need to talk with them of your services. If they need then they can purchase your service. Also you can post content from your experience on social media. After read content your targeted audience can contact with you. It is my personal opinion.
