Fiverr currently has a subscription feature and there will be a discount there, my question.

is it good if I promote the subscription feature to buyers who have made repeat order via chat?

I wouldn’t recommend promoting your services to any buyers.

But you could mention the Subscriptions with a discount as an FYI if a buyer seems to order from you every week or so.

If you have gigs that lend themselves to subscriptions, then mention them.

I've added a line mentioning it in my delivery message.  Draw their attention *after*, not before ...
