Seller doesn't reply - help needed!

Hi everyone,



I recently ordered a logo design, seller sent the design which was not what I intended exactly so I sent the seller feedback with requests to changes.

Ever since than, 2 weeks now, the seller doesn’t reply back. I sent 2 more inquiries to her yet no answer.

She didn’t even send me the files promised in the gig, only the jpg file.



What can I do?
